Compliance architecture

A trustworthy foundation for Canadian digital identity operations.

This implementation intentionally names PIPEDA, the Pan-Canadian Trust Framework, and Canadian data residency requirements. It is a production-oriented application foundation, not a substitute for legal advice, public-sector authority, or PCTF certification.

PIPEDA

Privacy notices, consent, safeguards, audit logs, retention planning, and individual access/correction workflow.

Pan-Canadian Trust Framework

Verified person, authentication, privacy, digital wallet, notice and consent, infrastructure, and credential lifecycle mapping.

Canadian data residency requirements

Canada-region storage posture, transparent processor handling, and governance notes for cross-border risk review.

Production limitations

Formal legal review, identity-proofing vendor integration, document authenticity checks, malware scanning, and certification are required before real-world issuance.
